You are pretty isolated in that outpost, hum.Listen up: Some small prairie cities have been drained, the inhabitants needed to sell their land because the water disappeared. Now the water is short in Newport - the major town of The West. Newport is needing help, they are searching for a hero, it is all over the news. Go over to the news station and have a look.

I see, if you change your mind about helping Newport let me know.You are very sorry about the happenings in Newport, but you have another urgent task: The Outpost. Sheriff:Maybe you can still seize some of the bandits. They cannot be too far.

Sheriff:So, you have been able to chase down some petty criminals, but none were related to the ambush. Still no sign of your coyote Shoe either. Maybe the thieves took him with them. The culprits need to be punished, but you have no clue where to start investigating.

You are awe-struck by the might of this canyon. How will you ever find the culprits in here? If Shoe was with you he would find a trail in a jiffy - but he was kidnapped. You decide to pitch a base camp here for your investigation.

The next day...You wake up with a harsh ache in your back. Time to start the search. You search through the woods of Rattlesnake canyon and come upon a deep mine. Seems to be a good spot to hide a ton on gems in. You head off to sneak a closer peak at that mine.
