|start text=During your search you get to an abandoned city. You find bloodstains on the wooden steps that lead into the saloon. You grab your weapon and carefully step inside. Behind a table, you see a wounded young man sitting on a chair. You put away the weapon, you don't want to scare him. You walk over and start talking to him. He is very exhausted and barely able to speak. But you learn that he is indeed a rider of the Pony Express and was attacked a few days earlier. He got away, however, he had pledged that all parcels, telegrams and letters he carried should arrive on time when he took on the job. And now he lost his bag with all the letters and is desperately trying to find them again. You take the young boy with you and head back to the farm, where he can get medical help. You also reassure him that all his belongings are already on the farm, waiting there for him.
